Guest access This is a basement apartment with private exterior access with a smart lock. The first floor of the house is occupied by an older couple who live there full-time. Since it is a basement apartment, you may hear some walking above you at times, but otherwise it is very quiet. In the apartment there is a doorway that connects to the owner's side of the basement, but that side is not used by the owners. This shared door is locked on both sides at all times. There is a private off street parking spot in the driveway and an additional parking spot available upon request. Other things to note The air conditioning is a window unit in the main living space and it cools the entire space well. However, there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom if you need some extra air circulation.
