House in Taquaruçu, with a stream in the yard!

Here you will find the tranquility and charm that characterize Taquaruçu in a charming little house, next to a small stream, which is part of the property. You will wake up to the sound of birds singing, you can enjoy the ample space with an open leisure area, fruit trees and the beautiful stream. The farm is located on TO-030, a few minutes' walk from Taquaruçu, and is also ideal for staying and enjoying the cultural attractions and the region's stunning waterfall complex. The space ◊ The house has 4 bedrooms, with the following configurations: 1) En-suite with air-conditioning, a queen-size bed and a single bed. Jacuzzi in an attached private area. 2) En-suite with queen-size bed, with charming roof view, which makes the environment naturally cooler. 3) Bedroom with a standard double bed and a single bed. 4) Bedroom with three single beds. ◊ The other rooms in the house are: 1) Kitchen with a wood-burning stove and a common 4-burner stove; electronic water purifier and clay filter; high countertop with stools; sink and basic utensils. The kitchen is open and pleasant, overlooking Nature, and next to it is a small porch with chairs and a coffee table, as shown in the images. 2) A simple living room, with a sofa and a small dining table, where the refrigerator is also located. 3) A full bathroom. In ◊ addition to the house described, there is also another space that integrates the place made available to guests: A large kiosk/leisure area, furnished with a large rustic table with wooden benches, another more traditional dining table with padded benches, poufs and suspended rocking chairs. There is also a sink, and two small tables close to the wall, suitable for various uses, such as the placement of food served, notebooks, small speakers, etc. Attached to this space are two small full bathrooms. A small mobile barbecue◊ is available to guests, just ask. ◊ The stream is located at the back of the property, with free access for guests and suitable for bathing, if desired! Your house is the closest to it! In ◊ addition to the spaces described, which are made available to guests exclusively, there is another house on the farm, where we live. If any problems occur, someone will be there to help. ◊ The total property is about 10,000 m² (1 hectare), so even though our private home is on the same plot, you will have privacy and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors, nature and our little piece of Taquaruçu! ◊ We have a small pet dog, Salvador, who is a gentle, medium-sized dog. He lives in our house, mainly, but he walks around the farm, so you should get to know him:) ◊ You'll hear the rooster crowing in the morning! We also have some pet chickens, who live loose.
