Particularly old building in the back with a large terrace in a central location. I rent out my spacious room (24 sqm) in a house while I am on vacation myself. You share the kitchen and bathrooms with my two lovely roommates. Perfect for exploring the city or relaxing in the sun on the terrace. Location: 3 min to Hansaring, 8 min to the main train station, 10 min to the trade fair, 20 min to Cologne/Bonn Airport Supermarkets, restaurants, bars all nearby. LGTBIAQ+ friendly The space The room is located on the first floor, has plenty of space, a 160 cm bed and a workplace. If required, a 90 cm mattress can be added. You are alone on the floor, the kitchen and bathrooms are on the ground floor. In the kitchen-living room there is everything your heart desires, from toasters to espresso pots to Airfyer. The courtyard with our terrace has further seating and is spoiled with sun from 10 am to 3:30 pm. Unfortunately not barrier-free, as there is only an old wooden staircase.
