Perfectly placed in the heart of Adventure Off-road Park. This cozy cottage provides a very unique experience! It has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms (1full and 1half Ba) Kitchen: Fully equipped with utensils, pots/pans/bakeware, cutlery, plates and cups, kitchen towels/oven mitts, coffee maker, toaster, oven, crock pot, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, knives, cutting boards, mixing bowls, blender, vacuum, and a full spice rack. * In the full bathroom there is a true farmhouse style bathtub, plenty of seating space in the living room and a full dining table, along with a nook in the kitchen, wireless internet provided. Bedroom 1: Iron Queen bed and Iron twin bunk beds with the coziest farmhouse feel Bedroom 2: Queen bed (a fireplace) and rustic decor What to Bring: *Bed Linens *Pillow cases (we provide pillows) *Towels *Washcloths (the bathrooms have hand towels in them) **we do not provide linens, but do have sleeping bags and mattress covers and pillows with covers in them!** Guest access Whole house accept laundry room that is not in service and our cleaning supply closet. Other things to note We require a rental contract and list of names of all persons to stay in the home. House rental does not include any per person admission for trail riding on the property. This is separate from rental if you’d like to participate in that. Please note we don’t provide bed linens or towels, you provide your own bed linens and towels. The house is fully equipped otherwise!
