New Lake Home on Three Lakes Chain - Rustic Charm with Modern Comfort The space New to the vacation home rental market is this newly built, log-sided, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 4-season lake home on the beautiful Three Lakes Chain of Lakes, a Class A musky fishery with excellent walleye, crappie, and bass fishing. The lake home sits on the western shore of Planting Ground Lake, surrounded by pines and oaks, just a five minute drive from the Town of Three Lakes. The layout of the home is the classic "walk-out" cabin style. As you enter the home through a coat room/foyer on the main level, you will pass through a galley-style kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless appliances. The kitchen opens into a pinewood paneled dining room and great room overlooking the lake through floor to ceiling windows and sliding patio doors that welcome you to a spacious outdoor deck. A gas-burning fireplace in the great room completes this cozy, Northwoods scene. Also on the main level is a private master bedroom/bathroom suite with a king-sized bed. An additional full guest bathroom is provided on the main level. Above the main level is a loft that looks out over the lake. Two futon couches are provided in the loft. The lower level of this home has a cozy den with a second fireplace and LED TV, two bedrooms, and a third full bathroom. One bedroom has 1 queen bed. The other bedroom has a full/full bunk bed that the kids are sure to love. Walk out of the den through the patio door to a landscaped terrace with a charcoal grill and a fire pit and beautiful Planting Ground Lake in the background. A sloping path from the patio leads to the lake and the 25 foot boat dock. The fishing is excellent right off the pier! We provide: 8 sets of towels and bedding, basic pots and pans, dishes and utensils, garbage bags, toilet paper, a few rolls of paper towels. The complete kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, electric oven/range, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, dish and dishwasher soap. Four Adirondack chairs are provided on the deck. There is a stack of firewood for the fire pit. Bring your own: lawn chairs/furniture, toiletries, beach towels, charcoal, etc. No smoking, no pets. Summer season rentals are Saturday to Saturday only. Guest access The place is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Access to the lake home from the parking area is a 2-step porch. Access to the lake from the lower level walk-out is moderate to steep slope with approximately 45 landscaped timber steps to the level shoreline/dock.
