This a beautiful TOWNHOUSE (single level)located in Gilcrease hills, minutes from downtown Tulsa around the corner from Gilcrease Museums, Bok center, Brady arts , Drillers stadium, lots of eating places down town, OU, OSU and Langston campus(located on GAP street Name after GAP band) the Gathering place (Tulsa Newest Park ), River park and 15 min from Route 66 minutes from all freeways 244 , 75 , Tils dale freeway, Osage casino 10 minutes . Minutes from TU and Tulsa fair grounds The space Check-in time is 3pm Guest If you can’t check in please let us no your ETA time . The drive way is on a incline so it is best for guess to pull into garage to enter house through kitchen door there is 1 step leading to kitchen. there is 2 steps leading to the front door but front has a incline .On occasion you might see deers in yard, please don’t attempt to let children or adult to pat deers . country setting with city living. I will supply dish washing liquid, soap for bathing soap for dish washer. Pots and pans for cooking, salt and pepper , coffee , The master bedroom closet does get a little cold . You may open door to warm. There is no maid service so you will be responsible for cleaning while you are there. The washer and dryer is for housekeeping. Please guest do feel to use iron and ironing board .(master bedroom closet.) no ironing on floors, towels or counter) don’t leave wet towels on beds or furniture . we welcome everyone to enjoy our Townhouse .this house provides comfortable stay for 4 ( if more than 4 guest there is a extra charge for each guest $100 .we don’t recommend anything but 4 guest staying at a time this includes kids 6 yrs. and over . Kids under 6 are free You are responsible for small children. There are a few amenities for infants or small children . High chair Pop up play pin and a carry seat . guest are responsible to close front door upon checking out and let garage door down as we have pacific instructions on how to check out , Read all instructions. We have no cable but you may add your Netflix or you app. to our TV just don't forget to remove then before you check out. Please make sure when you leave all doors are close ! I hate to keep repeating myself but my doors have been left open and garage door left up . If after your stay I find my garage or front door left open by you and items taken you will be responsible and charged for those items . So please don’t forget , lock doors and close down garage. NO FIREARMS allowed On property and absolutely No PARTIES!!! No smoking , or drugs of any kind in house at all no pets Guest access Check in time 3pm .check in with lockbox , text us your ETA and we will send you code for lock box. Their is a gas fire place but it is off limits. their is a deadbolt on front door to use when you are in house. Upon leaving please put all dirty towels , sheets etc., in basket in bedrooms please don’t leave wet towels on chairs or bed, Place dirty dishes in dishwasher or hand wash . there’s places of interest like eating, parks and entertainment within minutes of downtown Tulsa .Safe travel to your next destination. Other things to note please let me no of any check in times past 6p.m. at lest 24 hrs. In advance. (Or in some cases as soon as you know like flight delays and if you are driving etc...) And upon checking out please strip beds and take all used towels to laundry basket in bedroom or place .Load dish washer or hand wash dishes you have used. After pulling you car from garage close garage door, leave door key on counter or table , guest may also return to to lockbox. Guest may leave out front door by turning bottom lock on door pulling door close tightly. Guest please make sure you have close garage door and pull front door close ( I only say this cause both garage and front door have been left open) Please text me so my cleaning crew can make ready for other guess.
