Enjoy the beautiful views over Moelfre Bay and the mountain range of Snowdonia National Park from your sunroom and outside space. This apartment is on the ground floor of our home split into three apartments. It is all on one level, but for one step into the dining area and into the kitchen. The en suite bathrooms have walk in showers, no baths. There is access to the outside areas via 4 steps through the building but also via the side of the building which has step free access. Adults Only The space Our adults only appartment at Deanfield is in the centre of the village of Moelfre, just minutes walk from The Anglesey Coastal Path and the beach in Moelfre. The wonderful sandy beach of Lligwy is a 2 minute drive away. From our sunny sun room in the front which leads out to the patio area you can enjoy the view or use the cosy lounge for watching tv. We have a small office space if you need to work away from home. Both bedrooms are en suite. Wifi, Dog Friendly, Parking for 1 car on the drive. Walking distance to Ann's Pantry Cafe, Anglesey Ice Cream, The Kinmel Pub and a chip shop. Guest access The apartment is all for your personal use. There is space for one car per apartment on the drive and a car park across the road which is free. You have access to the patio. The large mature garden is shared between all units in the property. Other things to note Fabulous views, in case we hadn't mentioned this already. Whatever the weather you'll love sitting here and watching the sun, the clouds, the rain over the sea and mountains, you'll wonder where the day went as you loose yourself in the view! Please inform us on arrival if you are bringing more people than you had originally booked for so that we are covered for insurance and fire regulations. There is no extra charge as the apartment sleeps 4. We do not accept any pets other than 2 small dogs. There is the potential for noise from the other appartments as we live on site and it’s an old house. Not suitable for children. Ev charger available at extra charge by reservation. Swim spa available seasonally by reservation the day before by the hour at extra charge.
