It has everything you need to spend a family vacation or stay for just one night alone or with friends. The accommodation is located 7 km from the sea and about 37 km from the mountain (Majella). It has 3 bedrooms, including a double bed, two single beds and a single bed. There is no kitchen, so no cooking. If you want, you can buy a living room to eat for 10 euros per day. Guest access The price includes exclusive use of the bedroom and bathroom, and from May 1 to October 31, guests can also use the living room for free. In the winter season, however, the living room will remain closed and will only be open for breakfast. During your stay I will be available when needed, at check-in and check-out. Breakfast will be served in the morning from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Other things to note Pets are not allowed. During check-in, you must provide your documents. Parties are not allowed during the day or at night. We remind you that ours is a bed and breakfast, it is not an apartment or a hotel.
