Lake Front Vacation Rental 3 Bd/2 Bath Basement

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy Monument Lake and all downtown Monument has to offer. This is a full basement apartment rental with its own dedicated entrance. It is rented as a 3 bedroom (king beds in each bedroom) 2 bath, Full kitchen, Living Room, Laundry Room. The space o Three spacious bedrooms with very comfortable king size sleep number beds. The beds are adjustable firmness on each side. o The walkway to the apartment's entrance has a rock path that runs along side of the house with a some stairs. It is not ideal for strollers nor wheelchairs unfortunately. o The basement patio has comfy outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the view. Guest access The walk out basement rental has its own entrance and patio at the rear/lake side of the home. The main living space (kitchen, living room and all of the bedrooms are completely locked off from above) and totally separate. The Co-Host does normally reside upstairs in the home but will not access the basement apartment space. He is rarely there except to sleep. Other things to note Easy check-in/check out. I will provide you a newly made door code that only works for your visit dates the day before you arrive. If future guests are not arriving after your visit I am very lenient on check out times and will accommodate later checkouts past noon. The Host/home owner is military and works/resides in Italy. Due to time zone differences, answers to pre-booking question messages may be delayed. The cohost resides upstairs in the upper level of the home but is gone most of the time except for evenings. He will try to answer when he knows the Host cannot. Air mattress and cots may be available for an additional fee. There is plenty of room in the living room area for extra air mattresses and cots.
