It is a historic bungalow built in 1931. Very quite and serene neighborhood but close to the cultural activities of downtown and the U of A. Guests will have access to the entire home. I will not be at the home but will be accessible via phone if needed. My home is located in the eclectic Wilson Park Historic District in downtown Fayetteville. This is a very quite neighborhood with great character and charm. My home is located just blocks from the Dickson Street Entertainment District, Downtown Square and the University of Arkansas I send a Resource Manual to upcoming guests to help them familiarize with the home and the area. You will be assigned a four digit code for the keyless entry. I let guests choose a code that is easy for them to remember:)
