The double-wide closet and 5-drawer dresser provide ample space to store your clothing during your stay. On the morning of your check-in, you'll receive a door code unique for your stay. Door codes change after each guest checks out, so rest assured! There is no chance for someone else to have access to the property while you're enjoying your stay. Other things to note Due to community and HOA standards, there are absolutely no parties, large gatherings, or noisy events allowed. Because of the close-knit nature of this neighborhood, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00p to 7:00a to respect the neighbors and their quiet enjoyment of this community. In addition, trailers and/or large trucks are prohibited from being parked at the property due to the parking area dimensions. Video/Sound Monitoring Disclosure: The ring doorbell at the front door is an exterior video doorbell. In addition, in order to provide a safe experience, a small noise-monitoring device is installed in the living room. This device does not record any speech, nor does it have any video capability - it only monitors decibel levels to ensure guests are observing the required quiet hours.
