Relax at this newly constructed, lovingly designed, custom-built 2-story modern townhouse. All appliances, furnitures, beddings are brand new. 8 min drive from SJC, 15 min walk to SJSU, City Hall, 7 min walk from Japantown, close to Coleman shopping center, HWY 87, SAP Center, Convention Center, heart of downtown. Fully stocked european kitchen, parking w/ security gate, in-unit washer/dryer, designer bathrooms,rainfall showers, strong Wi-Fi , work desks, lounge chair in each room & much more. The space This townhouse can comfortably host up to 7 people, including daytime visitors. Gatherings of more than 7 people are not permitted. Downstairs: Kitchen, living room, sofa/sleeper, full bath, laundry. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms each with a private attached bathroom bedroom 1: Queen bed, private bathroom, desk/chair, lounge chair, walk-in closet bedroom 2: Queen bed, private bathroom, balcony, desk/chair, lounge chair, wardrobe bedroom 3: two twin beds, private bathroom, desk/chair, lounge chair, wardrobe Level: 2 story Bedrooms: 3 Beds: 2 queens, 2 twins, a sofa bed for 1. Bathrooms: 4 full size Dining table: for 6 Washer/Dryer: in unit You will have your own private entrance. The only shared space is the driveway/parking lot. Note: Your back patio is yours but can be accessed by housekeeping, gardner, maintenance team from fence gate. We ask you to be considerate about your surroundings, our neighbors, other guests by not running TV, playing music, talking loudly at the back patio or inside your unit, bring your conversation in door after 10:00pm For stays longer than two weeks, a mandatory full cleaning with fresh linens and towels will be performed every two weeks at the guest's expense. This cleaning fee will be the same as the departure cleaning fee charged at booking. Guest access --You will have your own private entrance to your unit. The only shared space is the driveway/parking in the back. --You will get two parking spots at our parking lot. Parking space is very narrow, and may not be able to accommodate large size vehicles or trucks, if that is your case, you might have to search for street parking, it is free. If you bring only one car, then there is no restriction, occupy the center, on half of each spot if you wish. We ask you to make sure that spots on your left and right are usable by others. All parking spots are reserved, so park at your assigned spot only. --Your back patio is yours but can be accessed by housekeeping, gardner and maintenance team. We ask you to be considerate about your surroundings, our neighbors, other guests by not playing music, talking loudly at the back patio. --Do not open or access beyond the wooden fence door that has "Authorized Personnel Only" sign in your back patio. --A mandatory full cleaning with fresh linens and towels will be performed every two weeks for stays longer than two weeks, at the guest's expense. This cleaning fee will be the same as the departure cleaning fee charged at booking. --Same-day that has a check-in also has a check-out happens in most of our bookings, our housekeeping needs to have sufficient time in between to do cleaning so we have difficulty to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. We recommend all guests to factor this in when making a booking decision and to have a plan to check in after our regular check in time 4:00pm unless we notify you otherwise. Other things to note -- We provide basic cooking essentials, pink rock salt, peppercorn and grinders but no cooking oil or any other liquid cooking material, spices for food safety reason. --Please note that there are multiple exterior-only cameras mounted at the front, side, and back of the building near the entrance, parking lot, and patio. These cameras record activities outside of the building only. --EV charging must be pre-arranged with the host and a fee may apply. --We do not have a mailbox, and therefore, postal services are not available. However, you can still arrange package and food deliveries directly with vendors and carriers. Please note that hosts will not be able to administer or guard your package deliveries and, as such, are not responsible for any potential loss or theft of packages. --Please do not be alarmed if you see housekeeping at your back patio. They may need to access the storage room from there. --As part of our sustainability efforts, we have chosen not to provide one-time disposable personal toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bar soap. And we do provide large reusable bottles of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/liquid hand soap. --Same-day that has a check-in also has a check-out happens in most of our bookings, our housekeeping needs to have sufficient time in between to do cleaning so we have difficulty to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.
