The apartment is centrally located in the center of the wine and recreation resort on an idyllic stream. There are bakeries, butchers, pharmacies and restaurants within walking distance. The spa gardens, the Solymar thermal baths or the wildlife park are just a few of the attractions that the physical Tauber Valley has to offer. For those interested, we also offer the opportunity to look behind the scenes of our distillery or to experience wine or fruit growing up close. The space The apartment is located in the attic of our detached garage and was completed in the spring of 2022. It has underfloor heating and is also ideally suited as accommodation for families. The five beds are divided into two bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with fly screens and can be completely darkened. Towels, soap and a hairdryer are provided in the daylight bathroom. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle and coffee maker. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance. Check-in is either in person or via a key box. Other things to note Markelsheim is located in the spa area and is therefore subject to a tourist tax for our holiday guests. The fee is charged by the city of Bad Mergentheim and amounts to €1.90/day per person (from 18 years) and is collected on site by the landlord. After paying this fee, you will receive a spa card, which allows you discounted / free admission to several attractions. This fee does not apply to business travelers.
