Tranquil bolthole in the Kentish countryside

Rooting Cottage offers the perfect blend of the beauty and peace of rural Kent and luxurious comforts of home. It's time to relax, reconnect and recharge whilst taking in the sights and sounds of the Kentish landscape. Nestled at the end of a quiet country lane, the cottage is the perfect getaway for walkers, cyclists and couples wanting to unwind. Surrounded by idyllic farmland and orchards, it's only an hour to London by train. You will need a car to get around. The space The cottage is attached to our house. It has a kitchin, separate dining room, bedroom, bathroom and spacious sitting room. In addition, there is a secluded area, surrounded by pretty gardens for eating outside, enjoying a barbeque or a glass of something cold... Guest access The private outside garden space is 'roped' off and we go to great efforts to respect our guests' privacy. There is a designated parking spot for one car.
