Apartment with Pool and Padel

This cozy and wonderful 44m2 apartment is located on the outskirts of Unquera in western Cantabria in Spain with private parking, bordering Asturias region. At 40 minutes from Santandar or 1 hour from Gijón, you will be in a quiet place with beaches at 10 minutes by car, like Playa De Amió. It is the ideal place to enjoy a holiday in the north with family or friends. With capacity for up to 4 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The space In a building with an elevator, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: * A lounge area with sofa and television and a dining table next to the window with capacity for 4 people * The kitchen open to the living room The sleeping area is organized as follows: * Bedroom 1 with a double bed of 150x190 * Bedroom 2 with two single beds of 90x190 and * A full bathroom with shower The apartment is located in an urbanization that has a swimming pool in the summer season and a paddle tennis court for fans of this sport. The apartment is only 6 minutes by car from Playa de las Arenas and Playa de Pechón, although to visit the latter you will have to walk after parking. Playa de Arama and Playa de Amió are about 8 minutes away by car. If you dare to come, you can not miss visiting the towns in the area: Santillana del Mar, Comillas, Potes... They are beautiful and visiting them is the perfect plan for a typical cloudy day in the north! It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property has heating by electric radiators in all rooms. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of 50 liters: it is important to know that it can run out and then, there is a waiting time for it to fill it again. Also, there is access to a COMMUNITY pool open from June to September (every year the opening and closing dates vary, if you are interested in the pool, ask us!), with hours from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. There is no lifeguard so minors must be accompanied. You will not need any key to enter. This year (2022) the pool closes on September 30. Access to the paddle tennis court is free, but you will have to sign up on the boards that you will find at the entrance of the urbanization on the right. The hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The apartment has a PRIVATE parking place inside the residential , this is specially appreciate in summer time to avoid problems to park Parking on the street is available and free of charge. Other things to note If you're arriving later than 20:00, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :) Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
