My place is close to the Studio District, Riverdale and the Beaches. Approximately 10-15 from downtown via TTC. Its newly renovated, and very well maintained. In this post pandemic era, I prefer not to have work from home guests, but will consider all offers. The space Large comfortable bedroom, shared 4-piece bathroom, large closet, clean & comfortable. The space is ideally suited to one (1) individual, as it shares the bathroom with the home owner, however additional guests are welcome at the adjusted price. Guest access Access to home is via keypad. As such, please only use the front door for entry and exit as it locks itself behind you. You do not need to adjust any of the knobs upon entry or exit, just ensure the door closes completely in both instances. During your stay I am the primary resident in this home, and am available 24/7 should you have questions regarding the neighbourhood, transit, city, and the home itself.
