This unit is on the west side of Sugar Beach and faces the construction. Some guests have mentioned disturbances due to the construction. Upon arrival, guests will purchase parking pass for $35 at the guard house. 2 vehicles maximum. If you have a third vehicle, you can park at our office (Bella Beach Properties, 24711 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561) for $50. Subject to availability. CONSTRUCTION: The continued growth of our area is evidenced by new construction that may be adjacent to or near existing vacation rental properties. You may reserve a property at a time when no construction is nearby, but construction could begin prior to your arrival. We regret any inconvenience but cannot control these situations.
