Jackson 8 miles USC Main Campus 14 Allen University 14 miles Benedict College 14 miles The house is quiet, ideal for WFH guests or night-shift workers. Max capacity is 2. Your suite has a private bathroom and a smart TV with local channels plus Amazon Prime and Netflix. The kitchenette includes a single-burner cooktop, full-size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, coffee maker, and dishes for light meals. Shops and restaurants on Two Notch Road are 5 minutes away. A SC State Park Pass is included, and Sesquicentennial Park is just down the road. Guest access - Private Patio - Fenced backyard with deck (shared with the host) - Laundry use is available for stays of 5 nights or more. Other things to note Laundry is included only for stays of 5 nights or more. Basic detergent and fabric softener are provided. I have two friendly puppies. They’re not allowed in the apartment, but you may see them outside. The space is not 420-friendly. If you smoke marijuana or vape it, this is apartment is not the right fit and you will be asked to leave. Tobacco can be smoked on the patio or deck. For safety, personally owned cooking devices (hot plates, griddles, toaster ovens, air fryers, Instant Pots, etc.) are not allowed.
