Stylish Harbor Bungalow

With a style all its own, this one of the original bungalows built around the Harbor. Tastefully updated while preserving the historic charm, the house has the feel of relaxed beach living. We love the sounds of the harbor: the cries of seagulls, occasional sea lions barking from the docks, and the night surf in large seas. Watching sunsets from the deck and occasional peeks of passing sailboats are a favorite . One block to the Harbor and a short walk to the beach. We think you will like it The space Open space with vaulted ceilings, lots of windows and natural light, and comfortable furnishings. Dedicated office space in corner of living room, has doors to close off the office but is not in a dedicated room. The house is 700 square feet, and includes an eating bar and separate dining area, living room, one bedroom and one full bath. The front deck provides an informal place for evening meals, watching sunsets or dramatic skies depending on the time of year; the house faces west. The harbor is less than a block and always has something interesting to see. Guest access The front house, and the front deck, as well as the outdoor eating area are all yours. There is a small back unit that is gated and a private area. The back unit has a wall in common with the front house. Other things to note There is no snorkeling gear as listed in beach gear, but everything else listed is available.
