Come stay in this cheerful 2BR apartment on the prettiest street in the Ohio City neighborhood! You'll be able to walk to some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and galleries or take a 10 min. bike ride to the beach or downtown. The space - Cleanliness is always a priority, but due to COVID-19, we are being even more vigilant regarding our cleaning routine. We are also allowing more time between guests stays to give more time between people occupying space and time for the most thorough cleaning possible. - Renovated space with original historic details - Bright, cheerful, and deliberately decorated (including artwork by local artists!) - Great location close to the West Side Market, Hingetown area, rapid station, tea and coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, and urban trails. - Lake Erie beach access and downtown are within a 10 min. bike ride! - Two bedrooms (1 with a queen bed, 1 with futon) - Full kitchen with a variety of cooking utensils and basics (olive oil, salt and peper, sugar, flour, etc.) - First floor walk-up (less than 10 stairs) - Full-size upscale bath products - Only 2.2 miles from Progressive Field and the Q (Quicken Loans Arena)! 2.3 miles from Brown’s Stadium and the Convention Center! - Two cool co-working spaces within walking distance in the neighborhood Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, which is on the first floor of a top/bottom duplex. Other things to note Please note that we don't have air conditioning, but the main bedroom has a window AC unit. (The bedroom with the futon does not.) There are fans in both of the bedrooms!
