Garden house in Zandvoort is very popular and located by the North Sea. The property is 28 m2, it is in a very peaceful and centrally-located place. Easy to approach by public transport - the train station is 3-4 minutes walk away. Restaurants, the beach and beach bars are also close by. Come and be our guests! The street parking is NOT free anymore since 01 July 2022. *** NO PETS ALLOWED *** The space The garden house has its private entrance that can be used by guests at the parallel street/path. See in the pictures how the entrance looks like. A house number 62 is the sign on the wall. Takes 3-4 minutes to get to the garden house entrance from the key lock box - witch is on the address Witte Veld 62, by the front door. The garden house is 28 m2 and has a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room together with the kitchen and includes a washing machine. The living room is suitable for 2 persons, table with 2 chairs, couch for 2 persons and a 42 inch smart TV (in use from 12 August 2022) with Netflix availability. The kitchen is suitable for cooking, it is equipped with an induction stove, dishes, glasses and plates. There is also a small new fridge in case is needed in summer. The bedroom has a queen size bed 160x200 cm boxspring type super convenient massive new bed ( in use from 12 August 2022). The bathroom has a shower, sink and a toilet. Other things to note City tax is not included in the price that is paid online. City tax MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY by cash at arrival, 3,30 EUR per person per night.
