That makes getting to Suncor’s Baseplant site a 20 minute drive to the gate or down town a 15 minute drive. The house is located on Diversified’s bus route. Please remove your shoes prior to walking on any carpet. If carpet is left visibly soiled, a cleaning fee of $150 will be added. No smoking or drugs in the guest suite.
