The space The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, oven and everything you need to cook. The house also has a garden with barbecue and a private heated pool. The house has air conditioning to make your stay more comfortable. Other things to note New off-white facade paint since 2023. The maximum number is 6 people. This villa is intended EXCLUSIVELY for families with children. Residential and quiet area. Please note that no other guests are allowed to stay or visit the property during your stay, with the exception of those who have booked for the duration of the stay. The owners also wish to remind the group that the villa is located in a quiet residential area and therefore ask you to respect the neighbors at all times. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 10:30 p.m. Important: extra fees for late check-in: After 10:30pm, check-in incurs an additional cost of €30 in cash, to be paid on the same day of arrival. Early checkout: Any checkout before 6:00 am will incur an additional cost of €20, to be paid in cash on the day of checkout.
