Beach restoration is currently underway in our area. This necessary project is designed to improve our coastline, but it brings some temporary changes to our beach experience. What to Expect: You may see, hear, and feel vibrations from heavy machinery (bulldozers, pipes) on the beach, especially during business hours. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information to decide if this is the right time for your visit. While the work is intended to be completed behind our complex by April 10th, there still may be work being done south of us. As a result, last minute bookings are discounted during this time and reflected in the rate shown. Desirable ground floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo unit with washer and dryer. King bed in the master bedroom and bunk bed in guest bedroom. Conveniently located right next to the pool, clubhouse and only several steps away from the gorgeous beach. There is no view of the ocean unless you step out to the walkway. Your memories will be priceless in this tropical retreat! If you are allergic to dogs, please note that this unit owner has a dog. Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Guest access Pools, Cabana, Gas grills, Sun Terrace, Shuffleboard Other things to note - Quiet time is between 10pm-9am - Pool closes at dusk - Please rinse off sand from beach toys and boogie boards before bringing back into the unit.
