If you are looking for a different kind of vacation, then this is the place to visit! Enjoy beautiful crystal clear see, rocky beaches and the most delicious food Croatia has to offer The house is only five minutes walk from the nearest beach or 20 minutes drive from unique Cape Kamenjak with the most beautiful beaches Croatia has to offer. Our house is located in a nice and quiet street, only a short walk away from the town's center. The space While our rooms do not have private outdoor space, we have a beautiful garden which you are more than welcome to enjoy. Also, it is important to note that we do NOT have an air conditioning! Guest access Please note that there is no use of kitchen. However, we allow our guests to store items in the fridge or make coffee in the morning, but NO cooking. Also, we have both private and shared bathroom. Please let us know your preference otherwise we will assume that you are ok with sharing. During your stay We are more than happy to help our guests with whatever they need help with, from renting bikes and boats to recommend a place to visit or restaurant to eat. Just ask! Other things to note The rooms are located in the town of Premantura, about 20 min drive from Park Kamenjak (or about 45-60min on foot). We love our furry friends, but be mindful that this is a smaller size room, so it may get a bit crowded with 2 humans and a dog. There is no parking on the property! You need to figure it out yourself where you will park the car.
