The living room is equipped with a large 50” flat screen satellite Tv, and a Queen Murphy Chest bed. Outdoor Deck: A spacious east-facing private deck with a hot tub provides a relaxing space to enjoy the outdoors. House Rules: Pets are allowed with a fee of $15 per night per dog, plus tax, and a one-time $10 flat fee. Guests must be considerate, covering beds and furniture if allowing pets to jump up. Smoking is only allowed outside. No outside noise or music after 10 pm. Guests must be honest about the party size, disclose if bringing pets, and be considerate in using the property.
