The space This grand two bedroom suite comfortably sleeps 4 in the queen size beds with fine linens and high end bedding. The two bedrooms share one private bath off the your large country kitchen and is ADA compliant. (Robes provided) The Parlor: The Louis XVI Parlor suite lavished with high-end bedding, vanity & fireplace. The 10 ft. ceilings feature hand painted marble faux bios cove molding, relief and working gas fireplaces & Capa D'Monte porcelain chandelier. Hardwood floors are quarter sawn oak. The art is museum quality. The furniture features harp back side chairs and tufted feather sofa. The coffee table is mother of pearl figures and enamel. This elegant suite is unique! "The Oak Room" with magnificent carved oak fireplace and living room has an extra large flat screen t.v. The English Oak Room has a private entrance and living room area with fireplace & sofabed. Guest access Please park anywhere there is a yellow block. If you require ADA compliancy, there is a ramp from the upper driveway. We will require notification to put a ramp to the front door. Other things to note The Parlor and The Oak room, kitchen and bath luxury suites are on the first floor. Double occupancy flat rate and then $35/person up to 4. The first floor bathroom, is located off the kitchen, both are private. Robes provided. Breakfast is 9-10 in the main dining room or outdoors, weather permitting, on the back patio or on your balcony. Beverages are 24/7 in the butlers pantry off the dining room. The fire dept. calls out the volunteer firefighters with a loud siren whenever there is a fire or car accident. The mansion is monitored for your safety. The smoke detectors are linked directly to the fire dept. and will be there in minutes. If you accidentally set it off and it's a false alarm, please call us on our cell phone immediately. Smoking is permitted outdoors on the porches, patios and balconies. There are three entrances to the property, we ask that you keep the circle drive clear and park off to the side. Quiet time is 10:30 pm. The locks to the bedrooms are original and keys cannot be duplicated. If you loose or do not return the skeleton key when you check out, there will be a room charge for $300.00 We reserve the right to re-locate you to a different room in extenuating circumstances.
