I am ideally looking to host those that fit these categories. Minimum Age Requirement for Rental is 27. Guest access I will connect with you to provide you code access in advance of your stay. Other things to note Full week rentals only in July and August unless noted. (Friday to Friday). Guests to supply own linens, bath towels. I do not charge a cleaning fee and personally ensure the property is clean upon your arrival. Guests are asked to please make best effort to leave property in a reasonable manner. Starlink Internet and cell service with all providers (Bell, Telus and Koodo all great, Rogers can be spotty at times) so staying connected is not an issue. The roads to my cottage are maintained and plowed on a regular basis following snowfalls. Although there is no steep terrain vehicles with snow tires or 4 wheel drive are recommended during winter months should there be a large downfall of snow, delays in plows or ice accumulation. There are a number of Bluetooth speakers at cottage to stream audio from your device. (Back patio, living room and bedrooms) Minimum Rental Age 27
