The living space features a comfy couch, a large dining table, an island with two barstools, and a luxury fully stocked kitchen. Coffee is a core value; we provide a Jura Whole Bean Grinder with fresh locally roasted coffee beans and a Keurig machine! Bedrooms: - Master: King Bed - 2nd Room: King Bed - 3rd Room: King Bed - 4th Room: Full over full bunk with a twin trundle underneath There are two full baths (one in the master) and a half bath, perfect for getting ready. The garage includes six adult bikes, one tike bike, a dumbbell set up to 30 lbs, foosball, and a ping pong table! The front yard features a patio with a fire chat set and four Adirondack chairs. The backyard boasts a heated pool, a putting green with chipping space, a volleyball court, a weighted sled on turf, bean bag toss, and a walking trail with six outdoor exercise stations. Pool Heat Fee: $65 per day. The pool temperature is set to 85°F; however, if air temps drop below 70°F, the pool temperature may decrease significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Please request pool heat at least 72 hours in advance. If it’s requested within 72 hours of check-in, a one-time $85 convenience charge will apply. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire place during your stay! Once the rental agreement is completed and a photo of your ID is uploaded, each guest will receive a unique access code, generated by our automated system, for the front door. This code activates at check-in (4 PM) and deactivates at checkout (10 AM) for a smooth and secure entry process. Other things to note This home is made for people that enjoy fun outdoors. The backyard can be used for fitness enthusiasts, kids enjoyment, and everything in between! For same-day bookings, please note that housekeeping may still be finishing around the standard check-in time. A later check-in may be arranged if needed.
