Lille: 20 minutes by car, 12 minutes by train (train station 8 minutes' walk) Villeneuve d'Ascq: 15 minutes by car Arras: 20 minutes by car Lesquin Airport: 15 minutes by car The location is ideal for events at the Pierre Mauroy stadium in Villeneuve d 'Ascq, Trianon de Seclin or Braderie de Lille! The space You will have a private room in a spacious and bright home. Guest access You will have private access to the shower room adjoining the bedroom and you can use the downstairs toilet and have breakfast in the kitchen. (Which we can provide in addition on request, €5 per person for bread, butter, jam, coffee, fruit juice) During your stay We will welcome you upon your arrival and will remain reachable by phone for any questions.
