A full stock kitchen, free wifi, smart TV, full size bed, and futon. Washer & Dryer is free and located in the shared basement. Guest access Guest have full private access to the apartment :) Other things to note We can accommodate up to one well-behaved pet per reservation. Please let us know what kind of pet to expect, and be honest.Pets are not allowed on the furniture, the exception to this is if you put a blanket down to protect the furnishings. You will be responsible if anything is ruined from chewing, digging or from their nails. Absolutely no smoking or events. **WINTER MONTHS** I highly suggest while living in Sioux Falls during the winter months to sign up for snow removal city alerts either by text or email! By doing so, this will alert you when there is snow storm warning and most importably when to move your vehicle for when the city is plowing the roads! If you fail to move your vehicle during the cities plowing times, you may be subject to ticketing or towing. This building is located in Zone 2. Snow plowing is categorized by east/west and north/south street roads. Example: “Plowing for east/west streets will begin at 8pm-5am on X day”.
