Near to I-5 and I-205 with shopping, restaurants, parks & the Salmon Creek trail all within 1.5 miles. PDX airport is 20-25 minutes. Relax by the gas fireplace, watch Dish TV, BBQ on the grill or enjoy the shared backyard and the more private entry yard. The laundry is shared with the attached main house. One small pet allowed IF included in reservation. The space This is a quiet apartment attached to one end of our home in a quiet neighborhood in North Vancouver. The unit is completely private and self-contained with private Entrances front and back and electronic keypad self-check-in. With almost 600 square feet you'll have plenty room to relax or plan your next outing. Get your coffee from the Keurig, or grind some beans fresh for the pour-over or French press. The kitchenette has all the essentials and dishes. Cook with the microwave-convection oven and dual infra-red hotplates or grill on the patio. There are also some great restaurants nearby. You can arrange with us to use the washer and dryer in the laundry room, which is accessible from the apartment as well as the main house. Guest access You'll have access to the fenced backyard. By coordinating with us, you also have access to the washer and dryer. (Locking doors access the laundry room from either the apartment and our main house.) Other things to note This is a safe, quiet and very walkable neighborhood. You'll have off-street parking for one vehicle.
