Beautiful house that integrates the facilities of being in the historic center of Conservatória with the peace and tranquility of an extensive green area. Very welcoming, ideal for families, couples with or without children. The house is well suited for the elderly. It is located close to bars, restaurants and where events and the traditional serenade take place. A car is not needed to enjoy these attractions. Children can enjoy plenty of space to play and run freely in safety. Pet friendly The space We have 6 rooms with 5 double beds, two suites and 1 single room. OBS 1: One of the suites is at the bottom of the house at garden level. This suite has a different configuration from the others. The ceiling is lower and there is no television. It is also a room with a little less ventilation, it has a window. Ob 2 : the superior suite the bed is queen and can have an extra bed Note 3: One of the double bedrooms can have an extra bed 4 full bathrooms, large living room with sofas and comfortable armchairs. The housekeeper is a person of our trust who lives in his house on the ground in all privacy for the guests and for him. During his stay he will maintain the pool and assist guests with the equipment of the leisure area and vegetable garden. Pets are welcome upon request. On Saturday and Sunday afternoons we have chorinho and sambinha in the square in front of the house.
