KeiU is a private guesthouse located in Yakushima, available exclusively for one group at a time. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and stylish design that go beyond the typical guesthouse, it features high-quality furnishings to warmly welcome every guest in a special way. At the end of the day, relax under the starry sky and savor an unforgettable moment. You can enjoy sauna or BBQ (both available for an additional fee). The space All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. ＜1st Floor＞ ● Walk-in Closet A spacious walk-in closet is available. You can safely store large luggage, such as for hiking or fishing. ● Bathroom & Washroom We provide shampoo, body soap, and conditioner, as well as a Dyson hair dryer. There is also a drum-type washing machine with detergent available for your free use during your stay. ＜2nd Floor＞ ● Kitchen Fully equipped system kitchen with pots, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, and tableware. A dishwasher is also available, making cleanup easy for those who cook. Please note that seasonings are not provided due to hygiene reasons. ● Living Room A spacious area with a large TV, table, and sofa—perfect for relaxing. ● Bedroom There are two beds. The sunlight from the window creates a bright and pleasant atmosphere. ● Toilet Clean and stylish, with a washlet. ＜Loft＞ If there are 3 or more guests, futons will be prepared in the loft. Though it’s a loft, it has air conditioning and a spacious, comfortable atmosphere. ＜Outdoor＞ You can enjoy a BBQ or barrel sauna outside in front of the entrance! Both require a separate usage fee. Since the bathroom is on the 1st floor, you can head straight to a warm bath after the sauna. ＜Amenities＞ -Bath towels -Face towels -Toothbrushes -Shampoo, body soap, conditioner -Disposable slippers (Sleepwear is not provided) Guest access There is an office of a different company located on the first floor of the building. We kindly ask that you do not enter that area. Please rest assured—the entrance to the office is completely separate from the guesthouse, so your stay will be entirely private. Other things to note Public transportation on Yakushima is limited to buses, so we recommend using rental cars to get around. Rental cars may not be available on site, so please make arrangements in advance. ----------------------- Due to weather conditions, you may not be able to enter Yakushima on the day. In that case, the cancellation policy will be as follows. *The following policy will also apply in the case of consecutive nights. We have set the policy in advance to avoid trouble and ensure a pleasant trip. Please make a reservation after understanding. ・If all flights, ferries, and high-speed boats to Yakushima are canceled ・If all flights and Shinkansen to Kagoshima Airport and Kagoshima Port are canceled All cancellation fees will be refunded. ・If only high-speed boats or only flights are operating If you cancel at your own discretion, we will refund 50% of the amount. There are two types of sea transportation by boat. (Yakushima Ferry 2) (High-speed boat Toppy) Even if Ferry Yakushima 2 is canceled, Toppy may still be operating. In that case, the above policy will apply.
