Very quiet, safe, suburban neighborhood with lots of street parking. Close to public transportation. SamTrans bus stop (122 line) and a BART station (South San Francisco). VERY close to I-280 and US-101 which easily leads to San Francisco and other southern cities and locations nearby. Not really close to Bart station is like 20-30 minutes walking Guest access You will have access to the back yard or you can use the microwave in the kitchen if you need it, but we just ask for common courtesy when it comes to noise and clean up During your stay We interact with guests as much as they want. We are really responsive to text messaging, but even more so face to face contact. We like to respect a guest's privacy and don't want to be over bearing.
