Room with en-suite and small sitting room & t.v.

Have your own room, shower room and small snug to escape to after a hard day. If the weather is nice enjoy a beer in the garden. Feel free to use the kitchen. Easy access into Sheffield. On street parking. Guest access Park on the street and walk down the drive to the gate. Through the gate and down the garden path. We are the green door at the back. We are NOT the black door up the steps. You will access your room via our home. During your stay Please message me BEFORE you book to ensure that we all are happy with the reservation. I cannot emphasise this enough. We will try and accommodate all requests but it is better to ask us first than book then find out that we cannot let you check-in early on this occasion/have children's beds/can accommodate at short notice etc. If you know you are going to be coming home very late at night please let us know. You are sharing our home. The guest space is at the back of our home and you need to walk through our home to access it. We have a dog who is very friendly however if you are allergic or very scared of dogs I advise you to book somewhere else. Saying all that though we look forward to welcoming you if you do decide to book. Other things to note Please contact me before you book so that we can have a conversation about your requirements.
