If your on business, Irvine is only 20 minutes Laguna Beach 15 minutes Newport Beach 30 minutes. Available for 30 days or more. You’ll enjoy the private patio with fire pit, plenty of beach toys for the kids and the great restaurants like Carmelitas’s, Apizza Doho and Stacks Pancakes at The Row. Our humble abode accommodates up to 4 guests with a queen bed in the master bedroom, and queen pull-out bed in the in the living room. **No Pets** **No Smoking** **No Parties** Other things to note ***No smoking, parties or pets*** AC & Heat: There’s a portable fan, AC and heater you can use in the condo. The fireplace in the living area is also an electric heater. Please only use 1 heater in the living area and 1 heater in the bedroom as both in one room will trip the breaker.
