FAMILY ROOM 2+2 IN AGRITURISMO. 30 sqm room located in the Alari villa, with double bed, + 2 singles and private bathroom with bathtub/shower, WIFI, TV, mosquito nets, safe and air conditioning. The villa is in front of the pool and park. The villa has 2 living rooms, TV, fireplace. Accommodation tax to be paid on site: €2 per day per person National Identification Code (CIN) IT052008B52IXHME98 Guest access Guests can access the lounge, park, gazebo, and pool, but not the kitchen. In the living room, guests have access to a fridge, an electric kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine with pods. A barbecue is available in the gazebo. During your stay To get to the property, follow the navigator to Provincial Road 20. Once you arrive on the provincial road, DO NOT FOLLOW THE NAVIGATOR but the signs that indicate "Agriturismo Il Pornelleto". THE REFERENCE FOR THE ENTRANCE TO THE PROPERTY is a red ANAS house located on the left coming from the A1 highway. From there, a dirt road starts, and then you have to follow the signs for ALARI APARTMENTS. If you have any problems, call me and I will share the location or give you directions. Other things to note The accommodation tax is not included and costs €1 per person per night for guests over the age of 12. The accommodation tax must be paid in cash directly at the property. It is strictly forbidden to eat lunch and dinner in the room. The agriturismo offers many spaces, including tables and chairs inside and outside. If necessary, we also provide dishes and cutlery. Pets are more than welcome and stay for free, but it is forbidden to let them sleep on the beds. If necessary, we provide a free kennel for the night. In the event of non-compliance with this house rule, a surcharge of €30 will be required for dry cleaning. PLEASE NOTE: - The pool is seasonal and opens, depending on the period and temperatures, between May and June. Please inform yourself before booking. - The hot tub is always available, but the preparation time outside the pool opening period may vary. Please let us know if you want to use it at the time of booking. The temperature of the tub varies from 20 to 35 degrees depending on the season. - There is no use of the kitchen. We can provide dishes and glasses if needed, without any problem. However, there is a mini fridge available for guests and a kettle for tea that is always available.
