Welcome to our little Cocoon. It is located along the green line, on the Quai de la Fosse near the banks of the Loire. You will be seduced by its atypical side, its beautiful ceiling height and its neat decoration. Fully equipped, 5 minutes walk from the city center, it is ideal for visiting Nantes, for a stopover. The apartment is on the second floor without elevator access in an old 18th century building. The space It offers a sleeping area in the very cozy bedroom (king size bed - 180 x 200 cm), a sleeping area on the mezzanine (double bed - 140 x 200 cm), a perfectly equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and an office area with wifi. You will benefit from all the necessary services (cleaning, preparation, 7-day assistance) to allow you to make the most of your stay. Bed linen and towels are available to make you feel at home. Dedicated reception to facilitate your arrival, at the time of your choice (from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.). For arrivals after 8 p.m., a supplement of 24 euros will be requested We can't wait to share it with you! Details: - Children are of course welcome, but please note that there is no baby bed type equipment. - No smoking allowed. - Parties and noise are not allowed.
