The rental is conveniently located with grocery store, gas, Dollar Store, Ace Hardware and medical facility. The space The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each and 1 bedroom with a single bed. This is a completely furnished house. Full list of amenities in kitchen, bathroom etc. Great WiFi, stereo system, library and small work station. Great screened in porch, patio with 2 grills, fireplace, and table and chairs and umbrella. Assorted deck furniture on patio and dock. Dock is well lighted, has electric boat lift, swim ladder and tie down cleats. Guest access The guests have complete use of the property which includes a full laundry room, dock with electric boat lift, multiple grilling options(charcoal or gas, smoker with assorted woods, plus a fish fryer). Other things to note This is a well maintained rental with the main focus on comfort for the client. The rental is in a respectful neighborhood and I expect clients to respect that. Not allowed are: ***I will not tolerate loud vehicles ie; (motorcycles, cars, boats, UTV's, ATV's etc.) *** No loud parties. If you are going to have extra guests please contact the property owner to arrange parking for other vehicles, within reason! >>>4th. OF JULY: FIREWORKS MUST BE KEPT AT A MINIMUM, AND NO FIREWORKS AFTER 10PM, ANY DAY!!!!!! WE HAVE DOGS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, AND ALSO PEOPLE THAT ARE ACCUSTOMED TO PEACE AND QUIET!!!!
