Conveniently located 5 to 10 minutes to PR-52 and other mayor highways. Here, you can take part in many cultural festivities (depending what time of the year you are visiting). This is a great place to enjoy the south, southeast and southwest part of the Island......and after a busy day sightseeing just come home, relax, enjoy and feel the breeze from our Flamboyan tree or enjoy star gazing on a beautiful night. Get that feeling of a tropical island living. There is so much to enjoy in Puerto Rico! Guest access During your stay in Brisas del Flamboyan, you'll enjoy complete access to the property at all times, including access to the patio that’s shared with the main house. That includes the entire house, washer and dryer, garage and a spacious backyard for fun, BBQ, and exterior activities. Feel free to take out of the garage the chairs, the table, the BBQ grill, the tiky torches, and the dominoes table to use in the patio. Two Hammocks are provided. You can find them in the kitchen island in the drawer with the table games. Wifi is provided as well a 50" smart TV available for use. There is street parking space for multiple vehicles in front of the house. NOTE: The shed in the patio is off-limits for guests as well the gray plastic storage bins with other personal belongings on the left-hand side of the closet on the bedroom with the full-size bed. These areas are being used for storage and personal belongings. Other things to note Location: The house is a 10-minute walk from the city center. Enjoy scenic drives to the mountains, rivers, coffee plantations, waterfalls, thermal waters, national forest, etc.
