Expansive lawns, gardens, and a wrap-around porch offer endless opportunities for gathering with family and friends to enjoy the ocean view and salty air.  Inside the cottage, you'll open the door to a large entry way with views past the dining and living room to a lovely ocean view. To the left of the entry way is a kitchen with all you need to cook a delicious meal with family and friends and there is a lovely, sunlit sitting area for company. Past the kitchen, is a large dining and living area with seating for 10 and down one level is another great spot for all to gather. Sliding glass doors line the living areas, opening to an expansive wrap-around porch. Imagine a beautiful, sunny summer morning with all the doors open, welcoming the sea breeze throughout the house, and stepping outside to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea listening to the birds sing and the kayakers and lobster boats pass by. Then, after breakfast, jumping in the refreshing inground pool or launching your kayaks, and spending the day exploring, swimming, and relaxing by the sea. Wonderfully located in Cundy's Harbor, you'll love exploring this sweet fishing village while being just 10 minutes from Brunswick for groceries, shopping, restaurants, and more. Important Pool Information- Pool is heated to 80 degrees from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend and has a shallow end of approx. 3.5ft and a deep end of approx. 6ft. For insurance purposes, the pool has a surrounding fence. Owners strive to open the pool mid-May (weather permitting) and will close it down sometime in September, although it will not be heated after Labor Day. Please reach out to us directly for specific questions/concerns regarding the pool.
