Guest access This beautiful home is on a shared lot, with a main house and an occupied granny flat. Guests will have access to the main house and front enclosed yard. Use of the backyard or laundry room is granted upon request. Other things to note We offer 2 parking spaces for guests. The public street in front of the house is permit parking, do to the near by college, but if you do need additional parking you can park just a few houses down where permits are not required.
