Villa Amanecer is our rustic style villa. Situated in a great location with spectacular views out to Lobos Island & Lanzarote whilst watching the sunrise and mountain views whilst watching the sunsets. The villa itself is well equipped for 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one a fabulous ensuite to the master bedroom with separate shower and roll top bath. The kitchen has all mod cons needed, the lounge/diner leads outside where you will find great outdoor living/relaxing space. The space The property is spacious and very well equipt. You have a large open plan lounge/diner with beautiful vaulted ceilings, there is a enormous smart TV with Euro TV system that caters for all launguages and fast fibre optic for those who still need to work online during their stay. The independent large rustic kitchen is complete with all mod cons and laundry area. There are 3 bedrooms on the main ground floor of the villa, 2 x single rooms with single beds and built in wardrobes both with private access leading out to the swimming pool area. The master bedroom has a fabulous ensuite bathroom boasting roll top bath, seperate shower, built in wardrobes, wooden floors and vaulted wooden ceiling and again private access to the outdoor pool area, there is also another family bathroom with walkin shower. There is a seperate stairwell that leads to the 4th bedroom on the 1st floor, complete with it's own chillout terrace with fabulous views out to Lanzarote, lobos Island or the mountains. The vast outdoor area has private swimming pool, outdoor covered dining and chillout lounge and there is plenty of terrace space to take sun on the sun loungers.
