(Supposedly one of the most haunted bridges in Arkansas!) We are located next door to White Sands Café, across the street from Natural State Fly Shop and the Cotter Bridge Market. Cotter is a quaint little town with a lot of history! Known as Trout Capital USA, people come from all over the country to fish. Some have stayed with us for years! We are located by the historic Ruthven Bridge that was built in 1930. The bridge is lit at night with different colors and is beautiful. We are within walking distance to Big Spring Park, the White River, White Sands Cafe, Natural State Fly Shop, and Cotter Bridge Market. Getting around Cotter and surrounding areas is easy. Parking is free. There are multiple stores for necessities just a few minutes away. Big Springs Park is walking distance from us. There is a swimming hole, boat ramp and fishing from the bank.
