We provide wi-fi internet connection. Electronics include TV with a Firestick. The laundry area including a washer and dryer are available to guests, with all essentials found in the laundry space. Other things to note Being centrally located in Old Market, there's sometimes potential for nightlife noise. Each condo has ear plugs for anyone who's a light sleeper. Each bed has a white noise machine on the nightstand, as well as a fan, to ensure quality sleep for our guests. We offer 1 FREE parking pass per condo, which allows 1 vehicle in a secured parking lot attached to the building (Landmark Parking Garage). If you have more than 1 vehicle, you can still park here for a reasonable rate each night. Guests have reported that this parking space can be a bit tight, but it still fits a normal sized car. If it’s too tight to park, find a non-reserved spot in the garage to park at during your stay and please let Kristen know about this. The dumpster room can lock from the outside sometimes, it’s super important to bring your phone with you and to have the codes accessible when you go into this room.
