It's the perfect place to stay while exploring the Old Market and Omaha. Brand new renovations include new paint, refurbishments, and brand new furniture from May 2018. Luxurious, thoughtful touches await you around every corner. We spared no expense in this unit. You’ll find every kitchen gadget you can ask for, a coffee maker- so coffee and filters provided! We have a microwave and toaster for your use, a full size range and oven, a stainless dishwasher and a full size fridge to prepare all the meals you like. Washer and dryer as well as ironing board are found in the laundry closet. We offer coffee, tea, and pancakes for our guests' convenience. There's a 'Guest Sharing Cabinet' that you can take or leave anything you'd like. The bathroom has a little basket filled with helpful items like shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc to help cover anything you may have forgotten. This is a private listing meaning the entire space is yours and yours alone. Guest access The whole house is yours and yours alone. Plenty of space! We provide wi-fi internet connection. Electronics include TV with a Blueray player. The laundry area including a washer and dryer are available to guests, with all essentials found in the laundry space. Other things to note Being centrally located in Old Market, there's sometimes potential for nightlife noise. Each condo has ear plugs for anyone who's a light sleeper. Each bed has a white noise machine on the nightstand, as well as a fan, to ensure quality sleep for our guests. We offer 1 FREE parking pass per condo, which allows 1 vehicle in a secured parking lot attached to the building (Landmark Parking Garage). If you have more than 1 vehicle, you can still park here for a reasonable rate each night. Guests have reported that this parking space can be a bit tight, but it still fits a normal sized car. If it’s too tight to park, find a non-reserved spot in the garage to park at during your stay and please let Kristen know about this. The dumpster room can lock from the outside sometimes, it’s super important to bring your phone with you and to have the codes accessible when you go into this room.
