Super quiet and peaceful apartment located on a tree-lined street on the South Shore of Staten Island. 2 min. drive to beach/highway, 5 min. to the Outerbridge to NJ. Located in a large 2 family building. Separate and private entrance accessible through an exterior gate and exterior, keyed door. The apartment is completely separate from the main house in that there are no doors or other means of entering the apartment from the main unit. Bedroom has a full sized bed. Private, separate entrance from the exterior of the house. Living room and kitchen combination, with a small kitchen table and/or workspace. One bedroom off the living room with a full sized bed and sliding door closet. And one full bathroom with bathtub, toilet, sink/vanity. The private entrance for the apartment is located through a gate on right side of the property. It has its own key, doorbell, etc. The building is a legal two family, so the apartment is a completely separate unit from the main house. The owners main entrance is in the front of the house and guests will not see or hear the owner coming and going. Likewise, the owners will not see the guest coming or going. Guests have access to their entire unit as well as the driveways and walkways needed for egress. One of the quietest neighborhoods in Staten Island and even all five boroughs. Tree-lined suburban street located along a preserved tidal wetlands area. Road is not used as a through road and there is plenty of street parking (safe, free and unlimited duration). No parties or loud music. Access to pool area may be negotiated for an extra fee depending on whether we need to use. We have a very active 3 year old daughter whose footsteps you may hear at times, but the sounds are quite faint and should not disturb sleep or work. Self check in is possible if owner is not present. Also, driveway parking may be available on request, but our street is quiet and has plenty of free parking.
