The space BOOKING RULES After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (16 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible. 21 years of age and older to book, no exceptions as these are building requirements. ***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. There is a $50 fee per adult that you will get an invoice for within 24 hours of booking. 24-48 hour approval once payment is made. OCCUPANCY RULES Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 4 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 2 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement NO SMOKING No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo only. Smoking is permitted on balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit. CHECK IN Check in is strictly 4pm. We can make adjustments as needed. CHECK OUT The check-out is 11am. LUGGAGE STORAGE Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly. MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item. LOST ITEMS We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure. PARKING RULES *** $25 daily valet fee is available and you pay directly to building. BUILDING RULES -VISITORS AND GUESTS ONLY PERMITTED FOR RESERVATIONS THAT ARE 28 DAYS OR LONGER. NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS ALLOWED FOR ANY RESERVATIONS SHORTER THAN 28 DAYS. RESULTS OF UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND. - Building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access - STOVETOP: Currently has 3 BURNERS WORKING. ONE DOES NOT, however we have extra burners in stock in the cabinets. We are working to resolve this. -GLASS ROOM 2nd Bedroom is in a French style and has a glass wall and door with no lock. It has blackout curtains that provide privacy and lots of light from the outside when opened. -Brand New Washing Machine just purchased.
