Sayulita Southside 2 bdrm with pool

Welcome to Casa Dos Rios, a lovely 2 bedroom, self contained Casa on the Southside of Sayulita. It's 5 minutes walk to the centre of town, 7 minutes to the beach, no steep hills, and far enough away from the fun of town that it is quiet when you want to relax. This is the downstairs unit in our house that has two self contained units. The pool is shared between the two 2 bedroom units. We often rent our property through Sayulita Life and you are welcome to read more reviews over there. The space This suite has very high, traditional brick ceilings, a traditional kitchen that is open to the comfortable living space and a patio overlooking the pool area for dining outdoors amongst the bird sounds. It has one washroom and two bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is a flight of stairs down to the suite. Guest access The pool is shared between this suite and the upstairs suite (if it is rented while you are there). The half bath is down at the pool level and is also shared if the upstairs suite is rented while you are there. Other things to note There is a flight of stairs down to the suite and then down one more level to the backyard pool area. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and many evenings are peaceful. There are times of the year that celebrations are a little livelier. You may hear music from time to time. There is a water shortage in Sayulita so living in water conserving style is appreciated. The tap water in the house is not drinkable but purified water is supplied.
