Our house, which is right next to the forest and only 300 meters from the sea, is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with children and large groups. Our house and its furnishings are new. The space The vehicle road used to access our house was improved as of June 22, 2025. The nightly price of our house is valid for stays of up to 2 people. We installed curtains in our house based on the suggestions from our guests. It is located only 300 meters from the sea and takes about 5 minutes on foot (400 steps). Our house in Boyabağ Bay is located in the middle of Mordoğan and Karaburun, 10 kilometers from both places. After leaving the asphalt road, you have to drive on an old asphalt and stony dirt road for about 1 km. Don't let this road scare you. Sedan-type vehicles use this road 12 months of the year. It is 7 kilometers from the state hospital in Karaburun and 9 kilometers from the health center in Mordoğan, and both health institutions can be reached by minibus. The nearest grocery store is 3 kilometers away and the national markets (Migros, Carrefour, BİM, Pehlivanoğlu, A101, Şok) are 9 kilometers away. The markets are located on the way from Izmir.
